Since i pay for an amount of data i download per month it really bothers me. Still when i open my active connection it shows a constant upload (about 4kb/s). I have a program called net limiter which shows all my uploads and downloads and it is currently showing that i am not downloading anything (and i really am not using any programs that would DL or UL).
